Looking for classic Indian dishes to prepare for everyday mealtimes? Then this is the class for you! Join mother and daughter team, Arvinda and Preena Chauhan of Arvinda's Indian Spice Blends in a delicious evening of classic Indian dishes you will make over and over again. This class will focus on important techniques used in Indian cuisine, giving you a foundation to build upon for all of your Indian cooking.

The menu, perfect for a comforting Winter meal, includes:
  • Masoor Dal: Red Lentil and Carrot Soup  served with Pappadums 
  • Aloo Gobi: Potato, Cauliflower and Pea Curry
  • Coconut Malabar Chicken Curry
  • Basmati Rice Pullao
  • Whole Wheat Handmade Chappatis
  • Authentic Masala Chai Tea
